Ed Ryland Brings the Real Estate and Economic Development Conference to Houston

Ed Ryland, president and CEO of ARVO,  along with The Greater Southeast Management District, Metro Houston Small Business Development Center and The Old Spanish Trail Community Partnership in association with the Institute for Inner City Commercial Real Estate Development, will host Debunking the Myth III 2011, “Positioning Your Business for the Economic Recovery,” a commercial real estate and economic development conference.


Debunking the Myth III 2011, is the city’s only gathering of real estate experts, investors, developers, community stakeholders, and public policy makers focusing on seizing opportunities in underserved urban markets by addressing perceptions and removing barriers to commercial development while providing the opportunity to network and make deals. The conference will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines School of Architecture and Design.


This prestigious conference will assemble an array of commercial real estate experts, investors, developers, community stakeholders, and public policy makers. Attendees will have an opportunity to meet face-to-face with experts involved in the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate.
