'Sesame Street's' Little Red Guy a 6-Foot Tall Black Man? More Black Voice Actors Behind Famous Children's Characters

Beginning back when she was a little girl, Bettina Bush voiced the character Rainbow Brite in film, television series, and children’s records — and that was just the beginning.

Growing up in recording studios, Bettina’s credits include Megan from My Little Pony, Alisa Carmichael from Rugrats, multiple Disney children’s records, The Get Along Gang, Gloria the Hippo in the Madagascar video games, and the McDonald’s “I’m Lovin’ It” campaign.

Bettina has been bringing the voice to children’s characters for most of her life, and though you may not recognize this actor-model-singer’s face,  her voice is a familiar sound in households around the world.
