Mickalene Thomas in Conversation With MCA Curator Naomi Beckwith

The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and its Leadership Advisory committee and the Ellen Stone Belic Institute for the Study of Women and Gender in the Arts and Media presented “New Paradigms: Mickalene Thomas in Conversation with MCA Curator Naomi Beckwith” on Friday, March 30, at Chicago’s Art Institute of Chicago.

Thomas spoke of her recent residency at the Versailles Foundation Munn Artists Program in Giverny, France, and her works of art with Museum of Contemporary Art curator Naomi Beckwith. Rolling out was the media partner for the event.
