Old School Meets the New School: How to Make 3 Classic Cocktails

In one’s mixology repertoire it is important to have several classic cocktail recipes. No matter how hip you want to be, it is always good to have an appreciation for tradition. You can always bring these cocktails current by utilizing contemporary brands that are available. This week, we highlight three classic cocktails that utilize current liquor brands in their composition.

BOMBAY SAPPHIRE and Tonic


Old School Meets the New School: How to Make 3 Classic Cocktails

1.5 ounces BOMBAY SAPPHIRE Gin

3 ounces Canada Dry tonic water


1 lime wedge

Fill a highball glass with ice and pour the BOMBAY SAPPHIRE over the ice followed by the tonic water.  Squeeze the juice from the fresh lime wedge and drop it into the glass.
