It’s only been three months since Beyoncé gave birth to her beloved baby girl, Blue Ivy Carter, but already the superstar is back to wowing the crowds with her shrinking figure. Many have been wondering how Bey has been shedding the reported 40 pounds she gained — and now her weight-loss secrets have been revealed.
According to In Touch Weekly, Bey welcomed more than a new baby into her home, she also welcomed in her personal trainer, Marco Borges.
Bey put Borges up in her and Jay-Z’s New York Tribeca loft so that he can be on call at all times to help her get back into shape.
For exercise, Bey does combination workouts of cardio and strength training and she is apparently determined and refuses to “settle for anything less” than her famous pre-baby figure, which she’ll show off at her Memorial Day weekend comeback concerts.
And Borges isn’t the only one helping Bey shed the baby weight. Apparently, Jay-Z has joined in on the action, providing his wife with support and working out with her.
