Big K.R.I.T.: Live From the Underground


After several classic mixtapes, Mississippi native Big K.R.I.T. makes his major label debut with  Live From the Underground. The album consistently shows K.R.I.T.’s ability to combine socially conscious lyrics with precise storytelling from a Southern point of view. Standouts include “If I Fall,” “Praying Man” and “Hydroplaning.”

Curren$y: The Stoned Immaculate


Hip-hop stoner Curren$y is back on the scene with his new album The Stoned Immaculate. Curren$y’s laid back flow and lyrical word play are on full display on songs such as “Capitol,” “Chasin Paper” and “Fast Cars Faster Women.”

Travis Porter: From Day 1

Travis Porter is attempting to solidify themselves as a new-age version of the Beastie Boys. The Atlanta-based trio are all about partying and making strip club anthems. This album was made for the weekend with tracks such as “Bring It Back,” “Aww Yea,” and “Ride like That.”

Eric Benet: The One

Soul crooner Eric Benet is back with his sixth album, The One. On “Waiting,” “Muzik,” and “Redbone Girl,” Eric Benet is at his best.

Cam’ron and Vado: More Dunz, Less Butta

New York’s hard-core rappers Cam’ron and Vado return with the follow-up to their last album Gunz N Butta with More Gunz, Less Butta. Artist who will appear on the album include Nicki Minaj, T.I. and Wiz Khalifa.
