Law enforcement sources say the Park Police, who cover Jones Beach, have asked for extra men to patrol the show and protect Drake from the New York State Police, who cover Long Island as a whole.

We’re told the Park Police don’t want anything to occur like what happened this week at W.i.P.
Despite a report to the contrary … Drake is not in danger of being arrested at tonight’s show. There’s a report out this AM that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for allegedly hurling a bottle that hit no one … but we’re told not only is it not true, cops have “no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time.”

According to earlier reports, a single witness allegedly told cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, who has been vocal since the incident, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The initial report stated that unless Drake agreed to surrender by next week, he would be arrested tonight during the July 16, concert at Jones Beach. It has been confirmed with law enforcement this is not true.
