If you haven’t heard of Chief Keef, there’s a good chance that you will become familiar with his music in the upcoming months. The 16 year-old Chicago native has become the de facto leader of the city’s growing underground rap scene.

In a sense, although he is years away from a direct comparison, Chief Keef may be the most anticipated rapper to hail from Chicago since Kanye West took the music industry by storm with his 2003 debut, College Dropout.
