3. Lance Armstrong is stripped of seven Tour de France titles.
The Lance Armstrong doping saga has apparently come to an end. Armstrong recently dropped his fight against doping accusations, and subsequently was stripped of his 7 Tour de France titles. For Armstrong, he was fed up with the fight saying, “There comes a point in every man’s life when he has to say, ‘Enough is enough.’ For me, that time is now,” and that the doping agencies have been on an, “unconstitutional witch hunt.”
