Vivica A. Fox Slams Stacey Dash for Endorsing Mitt Romney
Stacey Dash conjured up a maelstrom of controversy earlier this month, when she publicly endorsed Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney. Since then, things have cooled down a bit for Dash, but fellow actress Vivica A. Fox recently decided to kick up the dust when she slammed Dash for her Republican endorsement.
During a recent interview with TheGrio.com, the interviewer brought up Dash’s Romney endorsement. AlthoughFox seemed annoyed and hesitant to answer the question, she went along and shared her candid opinion.
“I didn’t know she was a Republican. I will start there,” Fox said of her former Getting Played co-star. “Second, I don’t know why she had to do a photo shoot in a ‘Baywatch’ red swimsuit with the boobs and the whole flag behind her. She doesn’t have a job or something to promote right now. I just didn’t get it.
To each his own and she’s entitled to her opinion, but it was just as surprising that she’s a Republican and that she did it the way that she did,” Foxx added, defending Dash’s freedom of speech.
Although, Fox seemed to be holding back the true depth of her criticism and choosing her words wisely, she did let loose one more painful jab about Dash.
“Most politicians, when you support them, you try to support them with class, you don’t need to do a swimsuit shoot,” said Fox.
