“Popped a Molly, I’m sweating,” Trinidad James raps in his catchy song, “All Gold Everything.”  Recently, rappers such as Trinidad James, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Juicy J, 2 Chainz and a multitude of others have promoted the use of the drug Molly or MDMA. In most raps, the drug is geared toward women, but some rappers discuss using it along with marijuana, alcohol and purple drank.

But while rappers are only providing their listeners with the highs of using a Molly, few have taken the time to rap about the side effects of the drug which can be fatal.
