A tidal wave of love and support flowed into the V-103 radio station after it announced that the principle stars of the “Frank and Wanda Morning Show” were closing down the No. 1 rated morning show in Atlanta for the past 14 years.
Perhaps as the greatest sign of respect and admiration, celebrities and nationally-renowned radio show hosts called in to pay homage to Frank “Ski” Rodriguez and Wanda Smith for their unbroken reign over the airwaves of the capital of Georgia, and to offer support for their moves into the next phases of their lives. This included morning show “rivals” Steve Harvey, Rickey Smiley and afternoon king Michael Baisden.
