Last week, rumors began swirling that “Love & Hip Hop” stars Erica Mena and Rich Dollaz were engaged after Rich told bloggers that he popped the question to Mena. Since then, Rich and Mena have shared conflicting stories about their relationship status, and now Rich’s best friend and artist, Olivia, is weighing in on the engagement rumors and saying they’re not true.
During a recent interview with SingersRoom, Olivia claimed that she and Rich laughed off rumors that he is engaged to Mena.
“Rich and I heard this morning that he was engaged. We busted out laughing,” Olivia claimed.
Olivia’s claim falls in line with Rich’s latest comments about his relationship, as he denied being engaged or even being in a serious relationship with Mena shortly after he “joked” to sites that he was engaged.
And although clips from the series show Olivia and Mena butting heads over Rich managing his girlfriend as well, Olivia says she doesn’t mind, even though she claims that Rich isn’t really Mena’s manager.
“He’s not really managing her,” Olivia said. “He’s just helping out somebody in need. So I don’t care; they’re not in my circle, they’re not a part of what he and I do. He’s just helping her separately.”
Well, we’re interested to see what Mena has to say about all of this, as she previously seemed sure that she and Rich were on their way down the aisle.
