Atlanta will be loaded full of sunshine and festivals this weekend. Memorial Day weekend means the Atlanta Jazz Festival is back again in Piedmont Park, while the Atlanta Caribbean Carnival Parade will be taking place over at Morris Brown Herndon Stadium with “Real Housewives of Atlanta” and Dwight Eubanks as the grand marshall.
