How did you determine your career path?
By figuring out what I would be willing to do for free.

Educational background?
Bachelor’s [from] Florida State University and certified in plant based nutrition.

Why did you choose this field?
It’s a lifestyle that I’m passionate about living.

What do you feel are the best and worst foods to eat?
Fast food, fried food and sugar are the worst. Dark leafy greens are the best.

Many feel that juicing and eating healthy are too costly; do you have any suggestions or tips on ways to save?
Cook at home. If you make fresh food from scratch, then it’s not expensive. Shopping at the farmer’s market helps too.

Do you have a favorite fruit? Vegetable?
Mango is my fave because I’m a Caribbean girl at heart, and kale is awesome because you can do so much with it.

Have you always been a healthy eater?
Yes. I’ve never been a big eater and I’ve always stayed active.

What can one expect during their first visit to Rawesome?
Awesomeness. Health food that tastes great.

Are you a vegetarian? Vegan?
Neither. I eat clean but I don’t eat meats however if there is something I want to try then I will allow myself to try it.

What are Rawesome’s best-sellers?
Superfood smoothie, Ultimate Recharge and Rawesome Remix salad.
