Pervert cop stole a peek at Whitney Houston’s naked dead body, lawsuit claims

In what would be classified as the apex of perversion and depravity — not to mention gross dereliction of duty — a Beverly Hills cop allegedly desecrated the spirit of Whitney Houston by stealing a peek under the sheets to ogle her naked body after she was pronounced dead in February 2012.

After salivating over her genitals, the sergeant allegedly muttered, “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?”  He also said the late, legendary singer “looked attractive for a woman of her age and current state.”

This is according to a lawsuit filed by officer Brian Weir of the Beverly Hills Police Department. Houston died on the eve of the 2012 Grammy Awards at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Wilshire Boulevard from a toxic brew of illegal intoxicants. She was found by one of her handlers and was unable to be revived. The Beverly Hills PD were the first respondents on the scene.

Weir claims that he reported the alleged shameful act to his superiors, but was rebuked for turning in one of his own. He summarily exiled from his normal units, which included SWAT and K-9 years, then ostracized within the department itself.

The BHPD, for their part, says the lawsuit is baseless and meritless. According to TMZ.com, Weir filed the suit with the California Department of Labor because he didn’t receive fair treatment inside the BHPD after he notified superiors.

When pressed for their side of the story, the department says the suit is “bogus” and is a case of “sour grapes.” Some fellow officers reportedly didn’t even know that Weir was displeased by his former sergeant until the appearance of this lawsuit.
