When Kenji Summers heard Lupe Fiasco’s “Paris Tokyo Remix” it became the anthem that drove him to take action. He got his passport, hopped on a flight to Barcelona for his birthday, and came back inspired to start a new movement to help underprivileged youth jet set to foreign lands through his company, Passport Life. With plans to apply for fellowships and to spread the movement through his products, Summers is out to motivate people to travel the world, one passport stamp at a time.
He was quoted as saying: “My role is to make travel more appealing to my generation because I know if it wasn’t for that song, I wouldn’t have known the importance. I think travel is the coolest thing you can do.”
