The first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama, is taking her passion for healthy living to the small screen as a guest star on the hour long season finale of “Parks & Recreation.”

NBC said in a statement:

“Mrs. Obama’s scene in the episode titled “Moving Up” was filmed in late February in Miami, where she celebrated investments in healthier out-of-school programs as part of her ‘Let’s Move’ initiative dedicated to solving the challenge of childhood obesity.”

Michelle Obama joins the likes of other politicians such as Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, Arizona Sen. John McCain, and Vice-President Joe Biden, all who have guest-starred on the hit comedy show.
