One of the best ways to keep warm during cold Chicago nights is to indulge one’s self with good food, good people and, of course, good spirits. Recently, Chris Curse, an international hair stylist, educator and brand ambassador, convened an intimate gathering of Chicago based taste makers to celebrate the city that they love. A delectable menu of entrees and hors d’oeuvres prepared by Fulton Market Kitchen/Restaurant, coupled with the musical stylings of the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble, accentuated a night meant for the featured guest, a new spirit called Remy Martin V (V as in Victor, not the Roman numeral).

Dubbed as “Libations and Great Conversations,” diners participated in an enlightening and entertaining discussion about the complexities of the city, as well as the unique blend that makes Remy Martin V different from what you may expect. By the end of the night, new friends had been made, new opportunities had been identified and new conversations had been borne about why Chicagoans would soon fall in love with Remy V.
