Khloe Kardashian divorce case to be dismissed?

Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom

It looks like Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may stay married after all. A document filed by the court in Kardashian’s divorce states that the whole case will be thrown out of court unless the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star takes the next step to move on with the divorce proceedings. Which for us is odd, seeing as she’s been parading around the world with French Montana.

As you can imagine, the reality star’s procrastination has created quite the sticky situation as the couple has already sold their house for $5.5 million, leaving the people controlling the funds in limbo, as they cannot divide the money until the divorce has been finalized. According to the document obtained by TMZ, if Kardashian doesn’t move forward, her divorce will be dismissed as early as the end of April and she will remain married to the former NBA baller.

But does Kardashian’s nonchalant attitude mean something more? After all this time, could the estranged couple be getting back together? Not likely. In a recent chat with E! News, the 30-year-old admitted she’ll always have strong feelings for Odom, but that’s where it ends. “I will never, ever not love Lamar,” she confessed. “I was so obsessed with him in a healthy way. He was my husband, and I still wish he was, and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that.”

She knows however, there are certain things that are out of her control when it comes to their troubled relationship.
“There’s nothing I can do,” she said. “Lamar has to do things in order to change in that aspect, but yeah, if I had my way I’d be married to Lamar in two seconds.”

As for her situation-ship with French Montana, Kardashian says …”I love French. He’s an awesome guy,” she said. She added, “I’m still figuring out a lot of emotions with me.”

Kardashian filed for divorce from the NBA star in December 2013, but Odom never responded. Per her legal rights, Kardashian could have gone back to court to file for a default divorce judgment, but she didn’t.
