B—- better have their money!

Singer and actress Rihanna can now add power player to her long list of accomplishments. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 27-year-old has joined forces with talent manager Benoit Demouy, to launch Fr8me, an agency aimed to help those in the beauty and fashion field book work on commercials, editorial shoots, ad campaigns and for red carpet events.

Rihanna told THR: “Hair, makeup and styling play an important role in creativity. I am very involved with that part of my process, so this agency was an organic thing for me to do.”

As part of her new venture, RiRi has also launched a photo agency called A Dog Ate My Homework. As expected, several big names have already signed on the dotted line, including her own makeup artist Mylah Morales; Taraji P. Henson’s wardrobe stylist Jason Bolden; hairstylist Patricia Morales, who works closely with Evan Rachel Wood and Fergie; as well as fellow hairstylist Marcia Hamilton, best known for keeping Jada Pinkett Smith’s locks looking luscious.

“We are lucky enough to have some of the best artists at Fr8me, but I also have a soft spot for finding new talent with extraordinary skills,” continued Rihanna.

As for her partner, Benoit, he expressed how they simply wanted to stay in stride with the ever-evolving nature of the industry. “Our goal is to have a stellar reputation. The industry’s changed so much — rates have gone down, and clients just grab images off social media, trying to bypass paying artists. But we’re concerned with social media, too, we’ll take a makeup artist with 500,000 followers over someone else.” And it appears they’ve done just that.

Congrats to RiRi on her latest venture.
