Moanica Caston takes great pride in her career. She graduated with a bachelor’s from Louisiana State University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. After practicing private sector employment law and holding positions at Progress Energy, she began working at Southern Company for Southern Nuclear and continued to climb the corporate ladder.

Now, Caston is Georgia Power’s diversity and inclusion vice president, Employee Resource Group Review Board chair, and review officer.

As vice president, her primary role is “to oversee the development and implementation of strategies that help sustain a culture of excellence through inclusion by improving leadership and work culture.”
