For most of 2015, Chris Brown and his baby’s mama, Nia Guzman, were in court fighting over custody of their 1-year old daughter, Royalty. But by the end of the year, the two parents had settled their legal issues and seemingly made peace with each other. Unfortunately, the truce is over now because Guzman recently accused Brown of giving their daughter asthma.

According to media reports, Guzman claims that Brown is always smoking around their daughter and that Royalty recently developed asthma because of it. Guzman also claims that Brown’s smoking is so bad that often when she picks Royalty up from Brown’s place, their daughter reeks of smoke.

Guzman is also reportedly claiming that Brown has relapsed on his drug use and is back on the drug Lean.

The reports claim that Guzman has now asked a judge to either reduce Brown’s visitations with Royalty or force the singer to hire a full-time nanny. Guzman is also asking that the judge force Brown to take random drug tests and prohibit him from doing drugs or smoking around their daughter.

The odd thing is that Guzman also revisited the money issue she had with Brown and is asking the judge to increase the child support payments from $2,500 a month to $16k a month.

Well, Brown isn’t too happy about Guzman’s accusations and he recently posted and then quickly deleted a message about Guzman. In the post he said, “I quit cigarettes on New Years. NO ONE smokes around my daughter” and that it’s “obviously a play to get some sort of increased income.”

He also wrote, “I take care of my daughter and I would never ever put her in a position that will harm her.”

We doubt that Guzman will back down easily, so we expect these two to endure yet another legal battle over money and co-parenting.
