Drawing inspiration from both Hollywood allure and relaxed Mediterranean charm, renowned mixologists have created specialty cocktails which utilize creative garnishes, simple yet unexpected ingredients and elegant glassware that, when shaken or stirred, create the ultimate Margarita experience in Cleo’s one of a kind warm and inviting atmosphere.

2 oz. Don Julio Silver
3/4 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. House-Made Fig-Almond Syrup
Shake and serve up in a martini glass with a dried fig garnish
1 ½ oz Avion Silver Tequila
½oz Pom Concentrate
½oz Fresh Lime Juice
½oz Fresh Lemon Juice
½oz Simple Syrup
Shake and strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass that is half rimmed with Sal de Gusano and 5-7 pomegranate seeds
