Check out these refreshing cocktails with a grapefruit twist
Grapefruits have a lot of wonderful health benefits. The low calorie fruit — which varies in taste from acidic, to bitter and even extra sweet — is filled with nutrients and vitamin A and C. It supports healthy, glowing skin and can also assist in weight loss, according to Medical News Today. The citric fruit can lower the risk of strokes in women, help maintain a healthy heart, and help combat the formation of cancer.
With all the great reasons to drink grapefruit juice, including its rich flavor, it’s no wonder that several of the tastiest cocktails include touches of the fantastic fruit.
