Christina Milian and Lil Wayne had one of the most high-profile breakups last year when they abruptly ended their long-term romance. Since then, Milian has claimed that she would never write Wayne out of her life. But what does Wayne think of Milian? Well, according to a new song of his, he may just want her back.

As previously reported, when she and Wayne first broke up last year, Milian claimed that it was their busy schedules that resulted in their split. However, she later revealed on her E! reality series, “Christina Milian Turned Up,” that she and Wayne split because she discovered that he was cheating on her.

Since then, the two have been able to remain friends. But when Wayne recently dropped his remix to Drake’s Views track “Hype,” Wayne hinted that he may still want to be more than friends with Milian.

“You see my team is right next to me/You don’t see Tina right next to me/I thank her for takin’ my breath from me/But the second me gon’ be the better me,” Wayne raps on the track.

Wayne hasn’t given any in-depth explanation for the suggestive lyrics, but fans are already wondering if this is his way of apologizing to Milian and asking her to come back or if it’s his way of saying that he and Milian are already back together.

If the two stars did get back together, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise since Milian recently spoke about the split and said, “I loved the s— outta Wayne. … I still love the time that I spent with him.”

Although Milian exlpained that she’d be hesitant to get back in a relationship with Wayne, she did share that she wouldn’t rule out hooking up with Wayne again.

“I won’t count that out. You never know,” Milian said.

Well, we’ll just have to wait and see how things play out between Wayne and Milian from here on out.
