Ciara and Future have been the poster children for dysfunctional celebrity exes for the past year as they’ve battled both at home and in the courts over their nasty breakup and custody battles over their son, Future Jr. Although the former pair have settled their custody issues, their legal battle over Future’s infamous social media posts about Ciara is still going strong and reports recently claimed that Ciara believes she lost half a million dollars because of Future’s Twitter rants against her.

As most fans remember, last year, Future went on several public rants online and in interviews claiming that Ciara was keeping him from their son, that she was using Future Jr. and her now-husband, Russell Wilson, for publicity, and that she was a fame seeker.

“This b—- got control problems … I gotta go through lawyers to see baby future … the f—–y for 15K a month,” Future tweeted last year.

Understandably, Ciara didn’t take too kindly over Future’s comments about her and filed a $15 million lawsuit against Future, claiming that he was instigating beef with her and Wilson to help promote his music.

Well, according to recent reports, Ciara not only thinks that Future smeared her image as a mother, she allegedly is claiming that he cost her hundreds of thousands of dollars with his rants.

Reports claim that legal documents show Ciara is arguing in court that an international cosmetics company was interested in signing her as a spokesperson and that they were going to pay her $500K. However, she reportedly claims that she lost out on the contract because of Future’s trash talking.

Ciara also claims that Future’s online shade has hurt her “positive reputation” and branded her as a  “controlling, dishonest, malicious, unreasonable, evil, conniving” person, as well as a bad parent.

Well, that’s a pretty serious accusation against Future and we’re sure these two are going to continue to battle it out in court.
