Young Buck, real name David Darnell Brown, goes ham on an ex-girlfriend.

According to Tennessee cops, the 35-year-old rapper threatened to burn down an ex flame’s apartment. The former member of the hip hop group UTP Playas was apprehended after his ex-gf reported YB texted her alarming threats on Wednesday, July 20. Unfortunately for Buck’s ex-girlfriend, whose name has not been disclosed at this time, the disgruntled rapper later showed up to her apartment, where he kicked down the door. Oddly enough, reports state he vacated the residence disturbing nothing else.

Although YB fled the scene before authorities arrived, on Thursday, July 21, cops caught up with Buck and hauled him off to the clinker where he was booked on charges of vandalism and assault with a domestic fear of bodily injury. He was later released on a $5K bond.

Of course, this isn’t the first time YB has acted out. Earlier this year, the rapper found himself in legal trouble after he was accused of violating his parole. According to the Jasmine Brand, the recording artist was stopped for a moving violation in April but neglected to report it.

In addition, weeks following said violation, Buck was accused of making threats to the boyfriend of the mother of his child. Yikes.

Considering his troubled past (18 months in prison for gun possession (2012), missing two drug tests (2014), and being hit with a federal criminal charge for attempting to scheme and fake a urine drug test), his recent arrest could certainly mean bad news for the hit maker.

Buck has somehow managed to avoid further jail time, instead being ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay a fine, and remain on probation for the next 18 months following his last violation. However, considering the seriousness of his recent crime, the rapper may very well have run out of luck. What are your thoughts on Buck threatening to burn down his ex’s home? Should he be ordered back to prison? Our thoughts: anger management sounds like a good start.
