Days after court documents revealed that “Criminal Minds” alum Shemar Moore was robbed by a former guest star on the hit crime show, Moore breaks his silence.

On Friday, Aug. 12, the 46-year-old actor took to Instagram to reveal he’s “pushing” forward, focusing on the positive. “Appreciate who and what is good in your life.. We all have to weather storms from time to time,” he wrote. “Learn lessons.. But find your smile and keep dreaming n pushing.. Embrace your blessings!!”

As previously reported, actor Keith Tisdell was convicted of stealing more than $60K from Moore. Although he only guest starred on “Criminal Minds,” Tisdell also had a hand in Moore’s charity, Baby Girl LLC. According to ET, an agreement was reached on Wednesday morning (August 10) in California, in which Tisdell, 42, was ordered to pay restitution to the Motives star’s non-profit, which aims to aid those battling multiple sclerosis, a disease in which the immune system eats away at the protective covering of nerves.

As for how the former “Birds of Prey” star reportedly learned of the missing cash, it was during an audit. Tisdell was later arrested in January on suspicion of embezzlement. Of course, Moore’s recent theft is only the latest scandal to come out of “Criminal Minds.”

Earlier this week, Thomas Gibson, who has starred as Aaron “Hotch” Hotchner on the hit CBS series since 2005, made headlines for allegedly kicking a writer in the leg over “creative differences.” He was subsequently suspended from the show until Friday when he was let go. “I love ‘Criminal Minds’ and have put my heart and soul into it for the last 12 years,” Gibson said in response to his firing. “I had hoped to see it through to the end, but that won’t be possible now. I would just like to say thank you to the writers, producers, actors, our amazing crew, and most importantly, the best fans that a show could ever hope to have.”
