Strip clubbing has definitely become the main attraction in the D. Gentlemen’s clubs are officially the social norm for both men and women in the metro Detroit area. From day shift to night shift, whether you’re going for the highly recommended food, the good company or the beautiful women, you can trust that at any time of the day, a strip club in Detroit is certainly “jumping.”

Everyone has a different reason as to why they enjoy going to strip clubs in the city. There are about 50 scattered around Detroit; 8 mile alone has at least six. These clubs have become the place to be and you know rolling out had to put you up on some of the hottest spots.

1. The Coliseum
With an Egyptian style layout, this is one of the most attractive strip clubs in the city. Located on 8 mile, the Coliseum attracts a diverse group of people. They offer free daytime entry, great drink prices, low cost upgrades, and mandatory valet. It’s always a reason to be there, as they are always hosting themed events such as shorts & stilettos, celebrity look-alike, hoedown weekend, and sports parties with food specials everyday of the week including lobster tails, steak and crab legs. The Coliseum just puts customers in the mind of a baller.

2. Penthouse Club
Also on 8 mile, Penthouse Club works hard to be the best looking strip club in the city. Serving competitors with a state of the art lighting and sound system, executive bottle service, five star cuisine, sky suites, elevator service, and ten 50” plasma TVs with stadium viewing all around, they even have a private cigar bar titled “Cigaro” on the top floor. With free daytime entry and mandatory valet, Penthouse cCub makes their patrons feel like they’re in Las Vegas. They invite you to come experience “Life on top.”

3. Silver Rain
Yet another gentlemen’s club on 8 mile, the east side to be exact, Silver Rain is one of the newer clubs in Detroit. It’s the largest strip club in the city, including great food, drinks and hookah. With their bottle girls being referred to as “Wettenders,” Silver Rain is using social media and the “Wettender” girls to pull in plenty of business. They’re certainly a fan favorite, attracting business from celebrities such as Drake and 50 Cent.

4. The Pantheon Club
Pantheon is the nicest, most popular club in Dearborn, located on Michigan Avenue. It’s about 15 minutes outside of Detroit. The club attracts a lot of local Detroit business, serving a low key, high class experience. Offering daily entertainment by 125 beautiful women of all ethnicities including African American, Caucasian and Latina, the delicious food such as the lamb chops that they’re known for, drink specials, cigars and hookah are just the extra perks. The Pantheon is well kept and provides an upscale experience with less people.

5. Crazy Horse
Crazy Horse is always packed to capacity. Year after year, it remains one of the most popular clubs in the city. They recently launched a summertime event titled Bae Watch Crazy Rehab. Similar to Rehab in Las Vegas, which is a daytime pool party, elaborate and beach themed, it has given Detroit something we have never seen before. They have an event coming up soon with rapper “Boosie” to launch his very own vodka called “Boosie Juice.” They are certainly no strangers to celebrity guests, attracting business from the likes of Nicki Minaj, Meek Mill, Treach, Young Jeezy and Nas. Crazy Horse definitely makes the list with $10 multiple flavor fishbowl specials, $25 triple premium shots and $2 lamb chops.

This is just to name a few, the list can go on. Strip clubs have become a city wide lifestyle, something that almost everyone has jumped on the bandwagon to partake in. Women are even on social media posting flyers promoting themselves for “one night only” amateur nights. These “one night only” events take place at a variety of the strip clubs in celebration of birthdays or simply just because. Whether being a patron, a host, a bottle/shot girl, a DJ or a regular /seasonal entertainer, a good majority of young adults in Detroit have found their place in the world of the gentlemen’s club. Strip clubs have become the centerpiece for a good time in the city, it’s been that way for quite some time and it looks like that won’t be changing anytime soon.
