Lil Wayne recalls the moment he found out that fellow rapper Drake slept with his girlfriend. This week, Lil Wayne, real name Dwayne Carter Jr., announced he’ll be releasing a handwritten journal chronicling his eight-month stint in 2010 at New York’s Rikers Island for gun possession, in a memoir titled Gone ‘Til November. Within the pages, you’ll find everything from his daily schedule and love for March Madness, to his high-profile visitors including P. Diddy and Kanye West.

Still, arguably one of the biggest bombshells revealed in the book was a betrayal by none other than his former protégé Drake. While you’d imagine a reunion between the pair to be all fun and games, everything went downhill quickly once it was revealed that Drizzy had slept with his girlfriend. Only, it’s not exactly what you think. After a simple “Bad Day” post, reading, “no writing, prayer, Bible, sleep. Another one,” the 33-year-old rapper provided a little background.

In an entry called “As a Man,” he writes, “I woke up still feeling f–ked up about the f–ked-up day that I had. Hell is what it was! I’m used to arguing with my girl on a daily basis…but finding out that she f–ked Drake was the absolute worst thing I could’ve found out. Drizzy came to see me, he was like, ‘Yeah, it’s true’. D*mn! This is the type of s— a man never wants to find out while he is locked up.”

Although Weezy went on to explain the hook up didn’t happen while they were together, it still made him pretty angry. He said, “As a man, honestly, that s–t hurt…and not because it was Drake. It could’ve been any man and it would’ve hurt the same. She said it happened way before we got together, but she just never told me.”

While Weezy and Drizzy’s relationship has remained entact, Wayne had some nasty words for his ex: “As a man I’ll admit that s–t really f–ked me up, but hey, f–k that h*! Love is blind, that’s why I say make sure that b*tch is a seeing-eye dog.”

Gone ‘Til November hits shelves on October 11.
