There’s been quite a bit of weekend chatter centered on Larsa Pippen, the wife of Scottie Pippen. News broke that the two are headed to divorce court with Scottie filing. It’s rumored she’s been friendly with Future. The beautiful mother of four, and stepmother to three of his children from a previous relationship, heads the Scottie Pippen Foundation.
A Chicago native, Larsa, 42, married Scottie in 1997. She wrote this in a statement to TMZ, who broke the story about Scottie filing for divorce in Florida:
“After careful consideration and 19 years together, Larsa and Scottie have each filed for dissolution of their marriage. Although they are no longer to be married, Larsa remains hopeful that she and Scottie will always do what is best for their 4 beautiful children and jointly raise them with love and respect. She would like to thank everyone for their understanding and kindly ask for privacy from the media during this difficult time of transition for her family.”
Their children together are Sophia, their only daughter and youngest child, who is signed to Wilhemina NYC modeling agency; and sons Preston, Justin and Scotty Pippen Jr.
Larsa was a star on the Bravo series “The Real Housewives of Miami,” which ran from 2011 to 2013.
She is an avid supporter of the charity organization Bright Pink, which is focused on prevention and early detection of breast and ovarian cancer in young women, because she had a scare.
Larsa graduated from the University of Illinois with a degree in political science. She also studied at the Piven Theater Workshop and has written about fashion and fitness for various media outlets and on her website www.larsapippen.com.

“Larsa Pippen is one of my best friends! I love spending time with her. She gives great advice and our kids are always having playdates. Nobody makes me laugh like Larsa does. She’s the kind of best friend you can tell anything to and will always have your back.”
