The phrase “to give is better than to receive” rings most true during the Christmas holiday season. People all around the world share laughs, sing and express joy in an attempt to spread love and happiness. We wanted to recognize two celebrities who make philanthropy a year-round priority. These individuals participate in charitable events and volunteer around the country.
On Wednesday, Dec. 21, 2016, Yung Joc and Mo Quick from the Streetz 94.5 morning show surprised a family with a few gifts this Christmas holiday. The MCMMedia team was able to get coverage of the sentimental moment that was made very special for this particular family.
Mo Quick and rap star Yung Joc are the newest members to the Streetz 94.5 family. Both are hosts on the new morning show “Streetz Morning Take Over.” They were able to provide numerous gifts two young girls and their mother. They invited the family to join them in the radio studio, making this experience rewarding and memorable.
So often, we get wrapped up in our troubles and forget to reflect on how fortunate we are. Yung Joc and Mo Quick set out on a mission to make at least one family’s holiday special and were successful in doing so. Hoping to make this a tradition, they’d like to see more families benefit from their charitable work in the future. Be sure to check them out every morning from 6-10am on Streetz 94.5
