Every “girl boss” needs motivation every now and then to keep pushing when things get tough. Ming Lee is the Detroit native who started her multimillion-dollar beauty empire with only $500. Seems impossible right? But Lee has no problem sharing her story through countless media outlets including her YouTube channel. Her empire includes her widely known hair company Snob Life, which is now being expanded into a lifestyle brand.

Ms. Bling Miami is a designer, author and motivational speaker who uses her Instagram as a platform to motivate and unite young women entrepreneurs from all over the country. She built her unique brand from the ground up and along with being a mother she gives her followers a glimpse into the life of an entrepreneur with style.

 

4. Rasheeda 

You might know Rasheeda Frost from the reality show “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” but she has so much more going for herself. As a mother, and CEO of her own clothing boutique and cosmetics line, I’d definitely recommend checking her page out for a daily dose of motivation.

 

5. Yandy Smith 

Also known for her role on the New York edition of “Love & Hip Hop,” Yandy Smith is a manager, CEO and role model for many young women today. As an author and mother, despite the many hats she wears, she still has the time to motivate and inspire young women through social media.

 

6. Lee Kong

Lee Kong is a dance and fitness instructor whose life mission is to help and motivate women to eat better and live a happier life. Definitely, check her page out and give her a follow for all-around motivation.

Necole Kane is the creator of the popular blog formerly known as NecoleBitchie.com. Her personal page is filled with posts about fitness, entrepreneurship, girl power and traveling, the dream combination, right? With over 200,000 followers on her personal page, her posts will automatically make you want to head to your nearest gym. What’s so cool about Kane is her transparency and how she literally relaunched her brand and started over to better align her business with her personal values and goals, something every girl boss needs to keep in mind as their success grows.
