Andrew Caldwell took a major loss in court last year when a judge ruled in favor of Kordell Stewart after the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star sued him for claiming they had a sexual relationship. Well, after months of waiting, news has finally surfaced about just how much the judge has ordered Caldwell to pay Stewart.

As previously reported, last year, Caldwell, a viral video star, made headlines when he claimed that he had a same-sex romance with  Stewart. Not surprisingly, Stewart, who has long been plagued by gay rumors, denied the claims and filed a lawsuit against Caldwell over the allegations.

After Stewart filed the lawsuit, Caldwell admitted that he lied about the accusations and he apologized to Stewart for the public drama. However, he dismissed the suit and claimed he would fight back in court against Stewart. Well, Caldwell’s threats to fight against Stewart’s lawsuit rang hollow last year when he failed to show up in court, forcing the judge to side with Stewart in the case.

After winning the case, Stewart argued that he’d suffered damage to his career, image and family and asked the judge to demand that Caldwell pay him $4.5M in damages, including $2M in general damages for the emotional stress and professional harm caused by the malicious statements.

Well, according to news reports, Stewart won’t get $4.5M, but he will get a hefty chunk of that request. Sources say that the judge has ordered Caldwell to cough up $3M, with $1.5M being paid to Stewart for general damages and the other half being paid to the former NFL star for punitive damages to his reputation.

Well, it looks like Caldwell is about to be “delivert” from a small fortune of cash when he hands that money over to Stewart. What do you think of the ruling? Let us know in the comments.
