Was the ATLOrgy party a scam? Twitter reacts

For the past week social media has been on fire about the planned birthday party for a woman named Cidney “Total Liberation” Green dubbed the #ATLOrgy. She gave numerous interviews including exclusives to rolling out, about the planned swinger’s slumber party and announced that the event had sold out at least twice. Now, according to some people on Twitter, they were scammed and neither Green nor her co-organizer showed up for the event. Instead, there was a roomful of men who resorted to playing dice, 2K and waiting for females. In addition, despite Dekalb County health officials donating condoms, lube and female condoms some at the event stated there were no condoms given.

Because the list of guests was kept private, there is no immediate way to prove or disprove what happened last night. Rolling out attempted to contact Green on Saturday to get a few details about the number of events and what guests should expect, but was told an interview would be granted later this week. It should be noted that Green did not guarantee that attendees would have sex at her party, but the amount of shade and embarrassment being posted on Twitter today, have a lot of people feeling cheated. As of this writing, none of the social media accounts used by the party organizers have been updated. In addition, some are now saying that the whole event was a social media experiment hatched for a term paper by one of the organizers.

Here is what Twitter had to say:

If the story about a female who scammed men at $175 a pop to write a term paper is true, she needs to run for President in 2020. pic.twitter.com/t2vZM2Csni
