Rihanna becomes the latest victim of criminal trespassing.

On Tuesday, May 24, Salmir Feratovic, 33, was arrested at a New York City apartment building where the bad gal currently has a penthouse. An NYPD spokesperson tells “E! News” that Feratovic was booked for criminal trespassing. According to the spokesperson, Feratovic had previously popped up at the property and was told never to return.

While authorities made no mention of Rihanna, and Feratovic has not yet commented on his reasons for being on the premises. The incident is certainly reason to be alarmed. In March, a man by the same name commented on a news story about the “Work” singer, to which he responded, “Why she is not with me?” via Facebook, reports indicate.

Feratovic is also a repeat offender, with several prior arrests, including one from May 2016 in which he was apprehended for criminal trespassing at the same property.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Rih Rih has been targeted by suspected stalkers. In 2014, another man, Kevin McGlynn, was arrested for allegedly harassing her by popping up at her SoHo apartment. According to the New York Daily News, McGlynn was caught on video surveillance multiple times – once at 6:30 a.m. and again at midnight on July 8, 2014, and again on July 11 around noon delivering “unsettling” letters to one of the pop singer’s employees.

During his third visit, however, he mistakenly dropped his benefits card in her building, leading authorities to his whereabouts and ultimately his arrest. In the letters, McGlynn “repeatedly called [Rihanna] a b–ch,” and threatened to “bum (rush) in her apartment,” the site reported.

Again in 2013, the singer obtained a temporary restraining order against a man who mistakenly broke into her neighbor’s home in sunny Los Angeles, thinking it was the star’s home. Months later, yet another man was arrested for trespassing after breaking into her actual home. Following the string of crimes, Rihanna set up shop in her New York penthouse. We imagine recent events won’t sit well with the entertainer.
