“America’s Next Top Model” producer and former supermodel Tyra Banks has filed a lawsuit in L.A. County, against 10 separate wig manufacturing companies for jacking her image, name and identity in order to promote their products.
We’ve all seen the Tyra Banks inspired premium lace front wigs and apparently, that abuse of trademark is what has Ms. Banks wiggin’ out.
Banks has put heavy use to her Harvard Business degree in this suit as she is suing for an immediate injunction to stop the sale of the infringing products and $10 million in damages.
