The First Family Gets Ready For School
01.5.09

President-elect Barack Obama and wife Michelle joined their daughters Sasha and Malia for their first day of school in the Washington D.C. area today. Seven year-old Sasha and 10 year-old Malia are attending the prestigious Sidwell Friends school. Sasha is at the school’s Maryland campus attending second grade and Malia in on the District of Columbia campus, starting fifth grade.
I’d like to thank the Obama Transition Office for sending over the photos. You guys are the best!
Look out for Rolling Out coverage in D.C Inauguration weekend!

“Republican Magic”
12.31.08

I’m sure that many if not most of you have already heard about the republican Christmas racism for 2008 where Chip Saltsman who is the former Tennessee GOP leader who headed up Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign passed around a CD with a song called “Barack the Magic Negro” on it to members of the Republican national Committee. For the people that don’t know this song was done to the tune of “Puff the Magic Dragon” by a white guy, and in a voice that is supposed to be an impersonation of Al Sharpton. This crap is something right out of an old black faced minstrel show. The white guy probably had to do it because you couldn’t pay a black man to be as much of an ignorant nigger as this fool is. Personally I think the song sounds stupid and so does the racist idiot singing it, but some people (we all know which people) seem to think that this is legitimate political satire I want your opinion. Check out the video by clicking the link above and tell me what you think.
· Oh yeah; Fu** Chip Saltsman and anybody down with him! Fin

Homosexuals, the Black Community and Barack Obama: A Triangulation Cross-fire of Bad Relations
12.23.08
Resentment and outright indignation broils for many Caucasians gays and lesbians towards African Americans, and have been for the past few months. They simmer and seethe with a sense of betrayal and the molten lava of obscene expression has spilled into the arena of public discourse, contaminating relations between the two demographics. They cannot understand how African Americans, wrongly subjected to abject discrimination for centuries, could so blatantly discriminate against them, which they consider the apex of absolute hypocrisy. Many have taken to spitting verbal darts and nails at us, including racial epithets, because they believe, wrongly, that we were the ones who are responsible for defeating Proposition 8 and their right to enjoy same-sex marriage. “This is the end”: George Bush gets the boot
12.15.08
I’ve never been the most super anti-George W. Bush type, but this right here is as funny as it is foreshadowing. Here is the guy that for so many people represents everything wrong with American politics. He’s doomed to go down as arguably one of the worst and most hated presidents in U.S. history and let’s just say a lot of folks are counting down the hours, minutes and seconds leading up to President-elect Barack Obama’s inauguration.
Bush recently visted Iraq, where during a press conference with the Prime Minister shoes were thrown at him in disgust. Tossing one shoe after the other, a man later identified as Muntadar al-Zaidi — a journalist for Al-Baghdadia television, an Iraqi-owned station — shouted “This is the end,” in Arabic. He went on to say, “This is a farewell kiss, you dog!”
A sad, but true scene my friends. It looks as if the curtain closing faster than “W” can take a bow. Yes, we did!

“Club Fed”
11.28.08

They say that when President Bush spoke with President Elect Obama that Bush promised Obama a “smooth” transition to the white house. He also said something to the effect of Obama beginning life’s great journey and told him to go have fun. Does anyone besides me see why Bush is still one of the biggest asses to ever do anything; including and especially serve as Commander-In-Chief. First of all f**k a George Bush promise. “Smooth transition” my ass. Bush is trying to look gracious and I bet anything that he screws that up by January. As for him talking about great journeys, if he thinks that his term has been a great journey then he must have been getting high the whole time, and if he was just “having fun” then I see how this country got so screwed up under his so-called leadership.
- President Bush acts like he’s doing Obama some kind of favor by cooperating, when he has no choice, and if he thinks Obama is about to “have fun” then he’s an idiot. I’m just glad that Obama is smart enough to know that Bush is a fool and he will take that into account. It just amazes me how gracious President Elect Obama is to even entertain this; guy. Fin

Future Faith
11.13.08
I look at the little kids now and I realize that they can quite possibly grow up in a world where they can truly believe that they can do anything that they want. If not for history class they wouldn’t even understand the incredible leap that having an African American president is. They may not even look at the president as black or white they will likely just see The President, whatever his skin color. This is the beauty of kids and it’s the beauty of change, yet the way that they should feel about their ability to accomplish goals should be light years beyond our thinking in grade school. Palin In Comparison
11.12.08
One thing that I knew was going to happen once Barack Obama was elected was that the Republican Party would start pointing fingers at each other and they are doing just that. When John McCain selected Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate everyone said he was nuts; everyone democrat that is, and now all of a sudden since he lost, even republicans are trying to blame the loss on Palin. White Guilt is Over? Really? We Never Wanted It!
11.12.08
I knew that this was coming when Barack Obama got elected. Still, I could have fried a couple of eggs atop of my gradually receding hairline after I read an atrocious, reprehensible article penned by Mr. Tom Adkins in the Philadelphia Inquirer on Sunday, entitled “White Guilt? Done; Over; History”. Here is an excerpt from the article that reveals the abominable thought process of Mr. Adkins and others of his ilk who ‘claim’ that the social monstrosity called racism has been slain now that Obama is moving into the White House. Sarah Palin: A Dangerous Political Mercenary
11.12.08
I hope that, as this political serpent slithers back to the white desert plains of Alaska and retreats into deserved obscurity, Sarah Palin along the way sheds the philosophical skin that helped bring her to international prominence and made her the crown jewel of the homogeneous, right-wing extremists of the Republican Party.
I always recoiled when Palin flashed that beautiful yet ghastly smile, for she had terrible storms brewing behind those dark brown eyes. Read more
