Barack The Magic Negro Video

I’m sure that many if not most of you have already heard about the republican Christmas racism for 2008 where Chip Saltsman who is the former Tennessee GOP leader who headed up Mike Huckabee’s presidential campaign passed around a CD with a song called “Barack the Magic Negro” on it to members of the Republican national Committee. For the people that don’t know this song was done to the tune of “Puff the Magic Dragon” by a white guy, and in a voice that is supposed to be an impersonation of Al Sharpton. This crap is something right out of an old black faced minstrel show. The white guy probably had to do it because you couldn’t pay a black man to be as much of an ignorant nigger as this fool is. Personally I think the song sounds stupid and so does the racist idiot singing it, but some people (we all know which people) seem to think that this is legitimate political satire I want your opinion. Check out the video by clicking the link above and tell me what you think.

· Oh yeah; Fu** Chip Saltsman and anybody down with him! Fin

“God Lab”
12.4.08

I believe in God and the power of prayer; though I don’t go to church much and I am not a part of any organized religion. I don’t claim any label whether it be Muslim, Christian, or Jew, and I like it like that. I don’t believe that God is some invisible ghost or invisible man. I believe him to be what we can only describe as eternal, and I believe that his consciousness stretches out through the multi-verse. What I don’t believe in is magic. This is not to say that incredible and even currently unexplained events haven’t happened, but everything that has ever happened is explainable through logic under Universal law. That is science. Magic doesn’t have to be explained and can break the laws of physics achieving the impossible which is why magic doesn’t exist; but only the illusion of magic.

Basically What I’m saying is that science and religion are not mutually exclusive and neither is understanding and faith. Everything that God has created and is creating I believe is possible because of his knowledge, which makes him a scientist not a magician. If someone is extremely more advanced than someone else with vastly more knowledge they may seem like a magician but really the less advanced person is just ignorant to this knowledge. Science is about gaining knowledge and understanding of said knowledge. Who has more knowledge or understands more than God? This means that God is in effect the ultimate scientist.

· I’m tired of these fanatics shoving their archaic religions down my throat, step aside and let me in the damn store I don’t believe what you do; period. Fin

“Club Fed”
11.28.08

They say that when President Bush spoke with President Elect Obama that Bush promised Obama a “smooth” transition to the white house. He also said something to the effect of Obama beginning life’s great journey and told him to go have fun. Does anyone besides me see why Bush is still one of the biggest asses to ever do anything; including and especially serve as Commander-In-Chief. First of all f**k a George Bush promise. “Smooth transition” my ass. Bush is trying to look gracious and I bet anything that he screws that up by January.  As for him talking about great journeys, if he thinks that his term has been a great journey then he must have been getting high the whole time, and if he was just “having fun” then I see how this country got so screwed up under his so-called leadership.

  • President Bush acts like he’s doing Obama some kind of favor by cooperating, when he has no choice, and if he thinks Obama is about to “have fun” then he’s an idiot. I’m just glad that Obama is smart enough to know that Bush is a fool and he will take that into account. It just amazes me how gracious President Elect Obama is to even entertain this; guy. Fin

White Guilt is Over? Really? We Never Wanted It!
11.12.08

I knew that this was coming when Barack Obama got elected. Still, I could have fried a couple of eggs atop of my gradually receding hairline after I read an atrocious, reprehensible article penned by Mr. Tom Adkins in the Philadelphia Inquirer on Sunday, entitled “White Guilt? Done; Over; History”. Here is an excerpt from the article that reveals the abominable thought process of Mr. Adkins and others of his ilk who ‘claim’ that the social monstrosity called racism has been slain now that Obama is moving into the White House. Obama - The World’s President is Mixed!
11.5.08

In Germany, an Obama supporter holds up a congratulatory sign stating “Obama for Chancellor.”

By a landslide, on November 4th, Barack Hussein Obama became the first black President of the United States of America.  Everyone from average Americans, to citizens, to news media and celebrities are congratulating Barack on his unprecedented victory. Read more

“Payback”
10.7.08

I’m sure that everyone has heard about O.J. Simpson at this point, but he has been found guilty on charges of armed robbery and kidnapping. To be honest with you when I first heard that O.J. was in trouble again and what the charges were I almost laughed because I thought it was a joke. Once I realized that it wasn’t a joke I was overcome with disbelief that this man could be in serious trouble again after beating a murder charge 13 years ago.

When I first heard the details of this case I was astounded at how unbelievably stupid this man would have to be if this was truly what happened. What I was told was that O.J. and five other dudes ran up in some sports memorabilia dealers’ hotel room and basically committed armed robbery. Of course O.J. is saying that that’s not what happened and that he was trying to get back personal items that where stolen from his house. Now I can understand how people stealing your stuff can enrage you because I’ve been through it, but even I would have simply called the police and let them handle and I’m not even in my sixties. O.J. Loses Big in Vegas
10.4.08

Thirteen years and one day after being acquitted of killing his wife and her friend in Los Angeles, Orenthal James “O.J.” Simpson sat incredulously wearing a dark suit, white shirt and a gray tie when a “Guilty” verdict was announced Saturday by Judge Jackie Glass in a Las Vegas courtroom. The former football star was found guilty of robbing two sports-memorabilia dealers at gunpoint in a Las Vegas casino hotel room on September 13, 2007. Read more

“Political Vice”
10.3.08

In my experience people don’t usually for lack of a better word “care” about a vice Presidential debate. I know I never have, but there was something different about this one. Honestly this entire election is a lot different, in terms of diversity in the candidacy and its drawing attention on an astronomical level. It’s funny to me that everyone including myself was on the edge of their seat waiting to see whether Hilary Clinton or Barack Obama would be the Democratic nominee for the presidency. My basic view was that I wanted Obama to win but if either he or Clinton had won and become president then it would make history either way. Basically a black President or a female President would be a huge leap for this country. Read more

Get Gassed
09.30.08

Do we want to become this?
By now everyone knows about the gas shortage in the south, and here in Atlanta things are still screwed up. There are still long lines to get gas and there’s no guarantee that they won’t run out before you get to the pump. Hell, there’s no guarantee that you won’t run out before you get to the pump. I’ve seen more cars on the side of the road in the past couple of weeks than ever, and I don’t think they are broken down. People are actually just leaving their cars at the gas stations because they can’t go any further without some fuel. Traffic is down which is good at first glance but a real sign of trouble. I’ve heard that people are cutting the fuel lines on trucks to steal gas, and of course siphon from unlocked gas tanks. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cars that are being stolen right now are being stripped of their gas as well as parts. People are actually fighting at the pumps and I don’t mean just with words either. I heard of a few instances where things actually got physical over place in line or whatever else antagonized the problem already at hand. Read more

Blessings in a Plain Wrapper
09.21.08

Rolling Out Publisher Munson Steed raised an interesting point in a “Publisher’s Page” entitled Liquid Inspirations. I have myself have felt incarcerated within the horrid domain of a lackluster speaker’s soliloquy. That particular speech, if you can legally classify the verbal diarrhea as anything resembling modern speech, was worse than offensive; it was painful and darn near criminal. It was like watching grass grow. But suddenly, while feeling entrapped within this man’s blood-curling, adjective-assaulting, English-language-mutilating monologue, a few morsels of mentally nutritious goodies somehow spilled out of his face.
