Has there ever been a professional athlete who has been more admired, attained more cultural cachet and procured more respect after he retired than Earvin “Magic” Johnson?

With his place in Los Angeles Lakers and NBA lore as firmly entrenched as the bronze statue that sits outside the Staples Center in downtown L.A., the man simply known as “Magic” has accomplished more in the business world than anyone could have ever fathomed, perhaps not even Johnson himself.

What other former athlete gets invited to the White House other than to receive congratulations for a championship?

Take a look below at the Earvin evolution from being merely another prep b-ball phenom from a Midwestern auto manufacturing town into an internationally-idolized business magnate.

Will and Jada have lost their minds. Little girls “playing” dress up is cool, but what they are allowing Willow to do is ridiculous. No child should have that much freedom of expression. And Willow, lest we forget, is a little girl.

Agree, Willow is moving too, too, fast in her early age of life; She looks more depressing now sense she cut all of her hair off;  What’s the rush!   I mean what’s going inside of her head I wonder, it seems like she’s trying to find herself; She needs to slow down, she’s too young to have this color:( Beautiful little girl and very talent, it’s just she’s moving too fast…

Since when did hair colour equate a speed setting? It’s just hair, it’s not vindictive of your entire life.

No child should have that much freedom? What a dumb thing to say, being a child is all about having fun and not taking life too seriously, once you’re old you’ll regret not having more fun.

There is absolutely no way the dyes and chemicals used on your head cannot have a health effect. I even heard from a doctor that it could cause Lupus. So Ms Smith, with the blessings of your parents….. “Live Fast, Die Young, And Make A Beautiful Corpse”

To be fair subway is less less healthy and you don’t have a problem with that.

She’s growing up too fast they need to get it together

This child isn’t even a teen yet… this is ridiculous!!! I believe in expressing yourself but at age 10… what would she have to look forward to?

  • Jane

i love will soooooooooooooooo much but why are they letting her do so many crazy things? she’s not even 12 yet.

I guess you guys have all forgot that she is in the entertainment industry, which calls for you to be original and unique cause that is what sells now a day! Willow has always been known for being a very fashion forward child. I am sure that everything Willow does to her hair is with her parents consent, now tell me what 10 year old girl could possibly cut and die her hair herself?
