The annual list of the highest paid entertainers under 30 years old has been released and there are some great surprises at the top of the leader board.

Despite being on the “injured reserve” list between February and June, Lady Gaga nevertheless raked in $80 million in income from June 2012 through June 2013, which is astounding, considering that she had to cancel a leg of her Born This Way Ball Tour while she had hip surgery.

The fruitful, frenetic tour accounted for the vast majority of Gaga’s earnings, grossing $168 million through January. If the trek had played out as planned without the cancellation due to surgery, she would have brought in $200 million.

The list is estimated after Forbes’ bean counters talked to managers, agents, producers and other industry insiders to compile the figures.
