Dwyane Wade, Nelly in Chicago for Wade’s World Foundation

Miami Heat All-Star Dwyane Wade, a native Chicagoan  is bringing together family and friends from the sports and entertainment world for Wade’s World Weekend, a four-day fundraising event in Chicago.

Between Aug. 23 and Aug. 26, Wade will host several events to support the foundation. On Aug. 25, the highly anticipated talent showcase Chicago Has Talent takes place at the Chicago Theatre at 7:30 p.m.

o      Wade’s World Foundation Congratulates Dwyane Wade on his 2012 NBA Championship and Fifth Anniversary of Wade’s World Foundation

·      Citywide talent showcase that gives kids ages 7-18, currently enrolled in school,  “a shot” at winning the title and opportunities of a lifetime including trophies, television appearances and more.

·      Featuring Jacob Latimore and Disney’s Coco Jones from the “Let it Shine” movie
