Zimmerman – followed the teenager, by his own admission.  If a stranger is following you; a person of no authority and then questioned you; wouldn’t you defend yourself. Zimmerman thought he was going to play the bully and ended up getting his ass kicked.  Had he stayed in his car and not being out with a gun – I might add – Trayvon is alive and all is well in America.  The aggressor is most assuredly Zimmerman.   The 17 year old teenager is minding his own business when someone decides he looks suspicious – based on nothing but the color of his skin.  That to me speak loud and clear as to who is the aggressor really is.  The world should not be responsible for the demons in Zimmerman’s head.  He has taken a life, that had he just allowed the police to do their job, would still be here.  

As much as everyone is trying to make this a case of color – beginning with Zimmerman; the real issue is this…Why is someone not allowed to go about their day without the risk of losing their life.  Today the PRE judging of a young black man is the problem.  Soon it will be the young man with too many tattoos or hair that is too long or something else just as stupid.  NO ONE has the right to pre judge others and that is where the problem lies with this situation.

zimmerman is 110 pounds heavier than martin. martin was 6’3 and 140lbs. a stick at best. damage would have not been done. either way he shot and killed someone and needs to be charged. he is walking around free as the day like the rest of us. this is out of control. zimmerman followed martin, not the other way around. zimmerman is at fault.

I don’t know whether this
crime was racially motivated or not. None of us do, at this point.

might be exactly why we need to take a look at “stand your ground” laws,
and neighborhood captain concealed carry laws. Did conceal and carry
make that FL neighborhood safer that day? No. A kid with Skittles was

First off since when 17 didn’t consider you a kid? And he was 150 and 6’3″ that’s a bean pole. Mr Zimmerman was 200 plus. Also, the 911 tape isn’t meshing with Mr. Zimmerman’s story. He sounded like he was chasing the kid because he sounded winded. It appeared he was on the phone with 911 until the kid got shot. No where during the conversation with the 911 operator did he ever said he spoke to the kid and was heading back to his truck. He is a liar. Plus, the kid’s body was found yards from his destination.

And, let’s be real, considering that Mr. Zimmerman was released by the police because he had a “clean background” something tells me that they were quite aware of Mr.Zimmerman’s past. 

It seems to me that this “whatever name they give to law enforcement that are poor excuses for men, is a police officer who undoubtably was trained in being able defend himself, which doesn’t seem to be the case, without killing a 17″ or any age  black , and I would bet my next paycheck the father did whatever he felt he could to get a grown man out of serious trouble.  He’s a judge and probably didn’t give  a hoot what his son did or did.  This guy was not the height and weight you say, but if he hadda been white this probably would have gotten a lesser charge.  They are allowed to do this and have it covered up, but to kill is wrong but it’s sad to see that human life,(black) isn’t worth poop.

Any person (white, black or otherwise) would try to PROTECT themselves (as Trayvon Martin tried to do) from someone yielding a weapon and chasing them even if it means a physical altercation. Martin was and still is the VICTIM in this situation and if Zimmerman’s father weren’t a former JUDGE…he’d be in jail by now. Zimmerman is 5’9 1 inch shorter 250 pounds with a muscular build and should not have started a fight in the first place. If someone chased you down and was a stranger and you didn’t know what they were going to do to you, would you not defend yourself? If I got out of my car after chasing someone for no reason after the 911 operator told me not to I deserved to get my ass whipped. Ummm, there is no evidence any of that happened.  I don’t even believe he had a broken nose or neck injury.  If he did the paramedics would have urged him to seek medical attention.  He didn’t.  He never went to the hospital.  A neck injury could also have lead to a concussion and this guy didn’t go.  He shot the kid not once but twice with a good amount of space in between.  He was shot in the back.  He missed the heart the first time so he shot again is what I am figuring.  The kid was also screaming for help after he was shot the first time and then after the second shot he was silent.  That is all taken from the 911 calls after he was shot and even one from right before he was shot the first time.  That is evidence and not a fabricated story like you have come up with.  Self defense from a kid you shot in the back, not once but twice.  

Let’s say Zimmerman was neighborhood watch (which he was NOT) in Florida you have to be certified, he was not. As the story goes he chased Martin, Martin runs to get away from him. Lets entertain Zimmerman’s story for a second. Martin runs and when he gets 70ft from his home he start to chase Zimmerman. If you had a child and moved to a new neighborhood, would you be outraged if a big black man thought your child didnt belong chased him through the neighborhood and questioned him about his intent for being there. Lets say the shooting did even occur, just the chase and questioning.

A young man has been killed.  We know that and it’s a tragedy.  However, this story appears to be copied from an article from the Democratic Underground blog which has since been removed.

He was 6’3″ and 140 pounds, not 180. There is also pictures of him shirtless he is skinny, no muscle at all, he played on his school football team as a running back, not a linebacker. Now at over 6 feet and 140 pounds and a RUNNING BACK, I find it hard to believe a kid with these measurements could sucker punch and throw to the ground a grown man who is about 6’4″-6’6″ and well over 200 pounds, maybe 240-260. Mr. PC Bob did you listen to the 911 call that was made by Mr. Zimmerman? If you had you would have heard Mr. Zimmerman ask “should I follow him” and the dispatcher replied “NO”. If Mr. Martin had felt threaten it was in his right to defend himself. How would you feel if someone was following you? And guess what Mr. Zimmerman would have to have been close to Mr.Martin in order for Mr. Martin to hit him. so another bad move on Mr. Zimmerman. …and if Zimmerman’s face was being pummeled, why did he look so great getting out of the squad car 30 minutes later?  If Zimmerman was not packing a gun, he would have gotten back into his vehicle, but he was in hot pursuit to get one of “them” because as he said “they all get away”.  He was out to change that statistic and he picked the wrong one of “them” to make his point. 

If he followed from a safe distance, he would have seen Trayvon walk into his own front door.  After all, this gated community is 50 percent white and 37 percent black, so blacks should have been common in the neighborhood.

So, Trayvon was suspended from school for having a bag with trace evidence of marijuana but Zimmerman assaulted a police officer and he was also arrested for domestic violence and also resisting arrest.  So, who is the bad guy here?  Zimmerman was a potential killer in the making but NOW, his daddy, the retired judge and his mommy, a clerk of the court cannot protect him.  They made sure he did not spend the night in jail, but finally, daddy cannot save his son.

Did Trayvon walk down the street see Zimmerman, walk over to him, then jump on Zimmerman’s chest and begin turning his face into hamburger and smashing his head into the ground for no reason? Sounds mixed up to me, especially since Zimmerman was following him and told to stop, but became involved with Martin, probably flashed the gun and Martin became scared or intimadated and tried to protect himself, trying to take the gun, but regardless what really happened, we hear the truth…..

You have a lot of questions to ask yourself.  That kid was within 1 minute of just going to his front door.  But he’s black so it was the kid’s fault ?  He struggled because he followed the shooter?  When they find NO fingerprints from the kid on the gun, that Zimmerman stated he placed on the ground Immediatley after firing 2 shots, did the shooter wipe his own gun?  Did the dead kid?

Trayvon has no record, Zimmerman has a covered up police history coming out.  Were the “black one” the person with a checkered past in dealing with the police would you then reverse your whole line of thinking and say look, that kid has a history with the police but got preferential treatment and something doesn’t smell right?

Zimmerman was told to stay in his car by the police dispatcher. This wantabe cop couldn’t stand it. He got out of the car and went after Martin who was just lazily heading towards home. Was Martin high? Who cares? He wasn’t doing anything. Zimmerman has been fired by other communities for being to agressive as a neighborhood watchman. He should not have had a gun. He was not under control of himself and his emotions got the most of him and he killed Martin. When Zimmerman got to the police garage 1 hour after incident, film shows no marks or bruises on Zimmerman and his clothes were not even mussed. They turned him lose and next day he came back beat up. If his father has gotten him out of messes before, he should go to jail to.

Let me get this straight: When we’re analyzing Zimmerman’s story, we’re supposed to stick to the letter of the law, but when we shift to Trayvon’s story, we should use the law more obliquely!??? 

So in Zimmerman’s case, his acts are justified by the so called “Stand Your Ground” law which, by the way, is wholly incompatible with the reported facts of the story. Further, the police officers’ incomprehensible release of Zimmerman is justified under the even more spurious claim that Zimmerman provided a credible story of self-defense. The matter is further bastardized when police “correct” the witness about hearing a child screaming for help. 

Interestingly, while folks readily hide behind statutes and regulations to bolster Zimmerman’s defense, the converse is true for Trayvon. When Trayvon is described as a “child”, using the statutory language that deem him so, the same people who so fervently waved the law to vindicate Zimmerman become critical of the laws’  strict application as it applies to Tayvon! 

It’s hypocrisy at its’ best! The SAME people who pull out every conceivable legal justification, no matter how misapplied or incompatible, to justify Zimmerman’s murderous hands, argue just as vociferously that we oughtn’t get too technical when it comes to Trayvon’s age, despite the legal accuracy of the fact. 

Trayvon is a CHILD, pure and simple. If you want to parse hairs about technicalities, Trayvon’s age is not the way to go because legally he is a CHILD. Your critical thinking would be better served parsing the lunacy of the misapplication of the Stand Your Ground Law. 

 Allow me to make this proposition people!  Above, is a small example of the attempts of some to create a smoke cloud affect (smoke cloud of defamation of the minor) in order to cover the facts surrounding this case. Whenever you see one of these ‘Smoke Cloud’ attempts call it for what it is….SMOKE CLOUD.  I’ll be the first one (in response to the above comment by poot)
