Jada Pinkett Smith’s Celebrity Fitness and Diet Tips
Like many of us, Jada Pinkett Smith had an active childhood that included gymnastics, dance, and horseback riding. Her family believed that “sitting at home on a Saturday or Sunday was never an option,” she told Shape magazine.
Growing up with that in mind, Jada admits that she was “gym-crazy” in her youth. Everything had to be perfect, “my stomach had to be hard, my arms had to be cut,” she said .Although she does admit that she likes that fact that her “body’s getting softer,” she still maintains a high-energy fitness lifestyle.
Jada enjoys kickboxing , sculpting exercises and plenty of stretching to help her muscles recover. She also chose Sundays as time with her friends and they often go hiking. Her family is a part of her fitness lifestyle as well. Jada and her mother, who she endearingly calls “Miss Workout,” still spend time exercising together when they’re together. Jada, Will and the kids enjoy surfing and snowboarding together.
