Twitter tells the world ‘Black Lives Matter!’

After the disappointing grand jury decisions not to indict the police officers involved in the killings of Eric Garner and Mike Brown, it was America’s turn to feel the pressure of the brewing issues with race and the relationship between police officers and the African American community. Black Lives Matter! has been chanted, written and hashtagged in support of equality in the justice system. Social media has been very influential in spreading information and ideas, so to see the hashtag “Black Lives Matter” become a major deal, tells that the world is standing together in solidarity not only for Blacks, but for everyone.
