An Atlanta stripper believes that pregnant women should have the right to dance nude. According to a report by Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Stripper Amanda Berry is suing the owners of the strip club Pin Ups because they fired her after managers discovered that she was pregnant.

Berry and another stripper claim that they were forced to work 40 hours per week and overtime yet, never received a salary from the club. They only earned money from customer tips and had to pay daily fees that could reach as high as $95 per day.

Berry decided to file the lawsuit after she was terminated.

The strippers are suggesting that Pin Ups are in violation of the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. In 2009, 73 strippers at Onyx strip club in Atlanta were awarded $1.5 million after courts ruled that the club did not pay them wages.
