Two women who accused comedian Bill Cosby of raping them want his 2005 legal deposition unsealed. The women, Beth Ferrier and Rebecca Lynn Neal, claimed Cosby drugged and raped them decades ago.

Noted attorney Gloria Allred, who represents 17 accusers stated, “In the memorandum our clients argue that they need the entire deposition to be released so that they can defend themselves with the whole truth not just select passages of the transcript…Both Beth and Rebecca adamantly deny that they took drugs voluntarily from Mr. Cosby.”

“We will pursue Mr. Cosby until the full truth comes out… It is important for the world to know the truth that Bill Cosby hunted me like a predator… in recently released excepts he admits he was with me in Denver and he probably had sex with me…I request that the court release the entire deposition so that all of the 13 Jane Does as well as the others who have also come forward can learn of Bill Cosby’s full testimony…” stated Ferrier during a televised news conference.

Ferrier was one of the original 13 Jane Doe witnesses who were set to testify against Cosby in a 2005 civil trial. In that trial, Cosby was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a former Temple University employee at his Philadelphia home. The case was later settled out of court.

The former Montgomery County, Pennsylvania prosecutor Bruce Castor who could have brought criminal charges against Cosby in 2005 has stated, “I didn’t say that he didn’t commit the crime. What I said was there was insufficient, admissible, and reliable evidence upon which to base a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt. That’s ‘prosecutors speak’ for ‘I think he did it but there’s just not enough here to prosecute.”
