Actor Lance Gross delves into hidden talent: photography

When rolling out sat down with Lance Gross, he had just completed a cover shoot featuring Future. It was Gross’ first shoot with a male subject and he was excited about where the direction his secret talent of photography was headed.


Gross explains he’s had a passion for photography since high school. Among his close friends, he has the responsibility of capturing the groups’ moments and always has his camera handy.


His dream subjects include “Scandal’s” Kerry Washington and ballerina Misty Copeland.

Gross explains that everything in the arts fascinates him and he doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty.

Gross is known for being an actor (and heartthrob). His newest role is on the NBC show “Crisis.” The show airs on Sundays and Gross plays a lead character who is a new agent on his first detail. This  action-thriller-drama centers around Gross’ assignment, the President’s son. Unfortunatel,y his first day tests all his recent training as the son is kidnapped from his prestigious school.

Gross is excited to work with such a talented ensemble cast on the show, created by Rand Ravich.

Gross was first known for his role in Tyler Perry’s TV comedy series and since has worked on more dramatic roles, including an independent film, The Last Fall.
