Rhoda Mouton and Omena Norris, two mothers of children of late hip-hop singer Nate Dogg, are in the midst of a legal conflict over the former Death Row artist’s estate and child support payments. Mouton is attempting to prevent Norris from obtaining an increase in her child support payments, according to “TMZ.”

Norris submitted a request to the estate for an increase for she and Nate Dogg’s son, born in 2006. However, documents filed, in Los Angeles Superior Court state that Mouton is asking a judge to deny Norris’ request. In the docs, Mouton claims that Norris lied in her filing when she said her son received no Social Security payments from Nate’s estate. According to Mouton, Norris and her son receive $694/month.

Mouton is claiming that Norris lied and is asking that the judge dismiss the request until Norris files an amended request. Mouton also says that Norris fails to clarify why she needs an increase in support. Norris is allegedly requesting that the amount go up to $1,846 per month from the previously-agreed upon $1,624.

In fact, Mouton is going so far as to ask the judge to reduce Norris’ support  to $802 per month.

A judge has yet to rule on the matter.
